    All in all, it was good choice for travelling to Busan. The staff were thoughtful and know their duties. The location was excellent and incredible for Busan, right by other attractions like busan x sky, blueline skycapsule, sealife aquarium, knotted cafe, Busan and bars and restaurants. Haeundae district was worth exploring.

    Thanks a lot for a really nice stay on vacation. The rooms here are luxurious and absolutely gorgeous with a view. It was nice to have a minibar, central heating and multi-channel television in the room.

    excellent views but minor inconveniences

    The fine view of Haeundae Beach from my room was lovely. I felt welcomed. The daily dessert table was a good touch that showcased their attention to detail and made each day special.

    The location, while beautiful, requires some planning to access other parts of the city easily.

    I loved the heated outdoor pool and the delicious breakfast with a made-to-order egg station. The spa offered a great massage and a relaxing jacuzzi, perfect after a long day. Just a heads up, the concierge was a bit slow at times, but it didn’t take away from the overall enjoyment. 😊

    The check-in process needs to be more efficient!!! A credit card guarantee would simplify deposits instead of those annoying multiple exchange fees!!! The terrace of my upgrade suite felt cramped, more space would have been appreciated!!!

    The Grand Beautiful Double Room with Mipo Harbor View was very nice. The view of the harbor every morning was amazing. The bed seemed like a cloud, perfect for a comfortable night's sleep. I loved the amazing breakfast buffet-everything was fresh, especially the fried rice, the best I've tasted. The staff were very attentive and always ready to help, even when I needed to print my train ticket. The language barrier was a challenge at times. Communication could be awkward, and sometimes I felt lost with the menu options. The hotel doesn't have direct access to the beach, surprising for a beach hotel. Guests have to walk through a mall to get to the beach. Despite the few hiccups, I would definitely stay here again. The ambiance and views made up for the inconveniences.

    the concierge was unhelpful when we asked for train tickets. but the breakfast spread had delicious omelets and specialty coffee ☕️. also, the infinity pool with a stunning sea view was amazing! loved the luxurious bath amenities.

    Signiel is an amazing hotel right next to the beach. My room was fantastic, with a fine view of the harbor and super comfy bedding. The breakfast buffet was great, constantly fresh with a great variety, especially the fried rice. The staff were really attentive and helped me with printing my train ticket.
